The smallest, lightest submachinegun silencer in its performance class, the STRIKER 2 is designed to interface with the 9mm Heckler & Koch MP5 and/or any weapon featuring a 3 lug barrel or adapter manufactured to H&K specifications. Mounting to the barrel is accomplished with CNC machined aerospace quality aluminum and stainless steel fast-attach mount. Weighing only 7.2 ounces and measuring 7.7 inches in length, this unit has no adverse effect on either the handling or accuracy of the weapon. The STRIKER 2 outperforms any comparable sized 9mm silencers, and many that are significantly larger and more expensive. It easily satisfies the demand for a small, lightweight tactical silencer for the 9mm MP5. The unit features precision CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum and 304 stainless steel baffles in a hard black anodized aluminum body utilizing aerospace grade alloys. The fast-attach mount of the STRIKER 2 is held to greater tolerances than similar models on the market to guarantee alignment and avoid accuracy degrading baffle-strikes common with other models in the marketplace. As with all Advanced Armament Corp. units, no wipes or mesh packings are used, and cleaning can be accomplished by simple immersion in solvents.
